The women try and pacify Mrs. Sodhi since Gogi is missing. Anjali finally gives in and tells Tarak Mehta that Gogi is lost. Mr. Sodhi gets paranoid as soon as the men at the Gokul Dham society tell him about Gogi. He drives them to Tiku ji ki Wadi. Champaklal spots Gogi sleeping in a water tube. All of them blast him. The women and kids reach the society but men have not even reached the park. Taarak Mehta Ka Ooltah Chashmah is inspired from the famous humorous column 'Duniya Ne Undha Chasma' written by the eminent Gujarati writer Mr. Tarak Mehta. This story evolves around happenings in "Gokuldham Co-operative Society" and covers topical issues which are socially relevant. The show predominantly revolves around 'Jethalaal' (Dilip Joshi) who is an uneducated Gujarati businessman. Your 'Taarak Mehta' (Sailesh Lodha), is his neighbour. 'Jethalaal' finds a friend and philosopher in 'Taarak Mehta' and often goes to him for advice whenever he is in trouble. Jethalaal's fam ily includes his simpleton wife 'Daya Ben' (Disha Wakani) and a mischievous son 'Tapu' (Bhavya Gandhi). Tapu is a menace and a constant source of trouble to all the members of Gokuldham. They have often warned 'Jethalaal' to reform 'Tapu' or else be prepared to leave the premises. Lost hopes of being heard by his son pushes Jethalaal' to call his father 'Champaklal' (Amit Bhatt) from the village. This was his great idea of leashing some control over the mischievous Tapu. Plans for extreme athlete and skydiver Felix Baumgartner to make a death-defying, 23-mile free fall into the southeastern New Mexico desert were on hold Tuesday morning due to winds, but his team was still hoping the weather would clear in time to make the jump.

The 43-year-old former military parachutist from Austria planned to take off in a 55-story, ultra-thin and easy-to-tear helium balloon that would take him into the stratosphere for a jump that he hopes will make him the first skydiver to break the sound barrier and shatter three other world records.

But Baumgartner's team was on hold at 5 a.m., hoping the winds would die down in time to get the mission prepped and the helium balloon launched before the window for a high-altitude flight closes around 10 a.m. Mountain time.

Robert Hager, commentator for the mission, said if the weather hold is lifted, it would take about an hour and half to get the balloon filled and Baumgartner secured in his capsule to make the mission, which has already been delayed one day by high winds.

Baumgartner's team said the air on the ground was still, but there were winds in the high teens at about 700 feet, which is about the height of the top of the balloon. Hager said winds at that altitude could cause the capsule to bounce along the ground.

In this July 25, 2012 photo provided by Red Bull Stratos, a balloon lifts up during the second manned test flight for Red Bull Stratos in Roswell, N.M. It’s described as a “40-acre dry cleaner bag,” that, when first filled, will stretch 55 stories high. On Monday, this special ultra-thin helium balloon is scheduled to liftoff from Roswell, N.M., to carry "Fearless Felix" Baumgartner 23 miles into the stratosphere for what he hopes will be a history-making, sound barrier-breaking skydive. The balloon had been scheduled to launch about 7 a.m. from a field near the airport in a flat dusty town that until now has been best known for a rumored 1947 UFO landing.

After a nearly three-hour descent to 120,000 feet, Baumgartner will take a bunny-style hop from a pressurized capsule into a near-vacuum where there is barely any oxygen to begin what is expected to be the fastest, farthest free fall from the highest-ever manned balloon.

Baumgartner spent Monday at his hotel, mentally preparing for the dangerous feat with his parents, girlfriend and four close friends, his team said.

Among the risks: any contact with the capsule on his exit could tear the pressurized suit. A rip could expose him to a lack of oxygen and temperatures as low as 70 degrees below zero. It could cause potentially lethal bubbles to form in his bodily fluids, a condition known as "boiling blood."

He could also spin out of control, causing other risky problems.

The energy drink maker Red Bull, which is sponsoring the feat, has been promoting a live Internet stream of the event at http://www.redbullstratos.com/live from nearly 30 cameras on the capsule, the ground and a helicopter. But organizers said there will be a 20-second delay in their broadcast of footage in case of a tragic accident.

Despite the dangers and questionable wind forecast, high performance director Andy Walshe said the team was excited, not nervous. Baumgartner has made two practice jumps, one from 15 miles in March and another from 18 miles in July.

"With these big moments, you get a kind of sense that the energy changes," he said Monday. "It really is just kind of a heightened energy. It keeps you on your toes. It's not nervousness, it's excitement."

During the ascent, Walshe said, the team will have views from a number of cameras, including one focused directly on Baumgartner's face. Additionally, they will have data from life support and other systems that show things like whether he is getting enough oxygen.

Question by Red ink.mars: Can I reduce water "meals" to 3 sessions per day, instead of leaving the water freely? Mainly I want to stop leaving the boll of water freely in the kitchen so I can trick my dog to need to go outside only 3 times per day, since I'm living in an apartment and it's difficult to take her out up to 6 times a day. Is it healthy? If not, I'm completely dropping this idea Right. Thanks Best answer for Can I reduce water "meals" to 3 sessions per day, instead of leaving the water freely?:

Answer by GreyhoundAdopter
It is never healthy to withhold water from a dog. They need a bowl available to them at all times.

Answer by Dogs and Death Metal -f*ck BYBs
no, they should always have water available

Answer by tentoes
Dogs need to have access to water at all times. Imagine if you couldn't drink water when thirsty. If your dog is a puppy, she WILL need to be taken out every few hours so that you can house break her.

Answer by Kirsten
No leave it. Dogs should be able to drink whenever they are thirsty. Its neglectful to prevent a dog from drinking just because you don't want to walk it.

Answer by charlotte
No its not healthy- Im afraid water has to be freely available especially if its hot! I know running outside constantly is a pain but its a necessity.

Answer by TROLL Season has begun
Um no you cannot, it sounds like you are too lazy to have to take your dog out six times a day, if that's the case then you shouldn't have a dog. I live in a townhome, I still manage to get my dog out plenty of times during the day.

Answer by BigT4d1
If this is how you want to train your dog , absolutley YES! and dont worry about what other say about this. look up how much food and water is recomended for the size of your dog. I did exac tly what you are talking about and I have a very very healthy dog. If you go for a run or walk then extra water is definaley needed. but if you get into a routine your dog will be more healthy and happy. But if you comite to this, Do not forget, the routine has been good for me as well.

Answer by Rayven ~ Here we Go Again
You can't TRICK your dog into only going three times a day. Seriously you knew where you lived BEFORE you got the dog. Stop being lazy and get off your ass. NO you should not restrict your dog's water intake to make YOUR life easier. BTW having water only three times a day will NOT have your dog only having go three times a day. How many times do YOU pee in a day? How many drinks do you have? Notice the numbers don't add up
