What is naturally flavored water? What does it taste like? Water? Everyone should drink plenty of water; its necessary for good health. Whatever happened to just drinkng out of the kitchen faucet?
The best thing for the body is natural water with no type of added flavoring unless you yourself are adding lime or lemon. If you are try to stay away or ween yourself off of soda might i suggest mineral or seltzer water. They have that bubbly texture just like in soda. It works for me. When i feel myself grabbing for a soda i just grab a perrier water...it helps me alot
