Scientists in the U.K. are working on a buzzworthy project that will scan the brains of bees and then build models of them, creating robots that will act like the real thing.

The goal of the $ 1.61 million study, called “Green Brain,” is to create a robotic brain that can perform tasks as well as the brain of an animal.

Question by niko: Is my "do not immerse in water" espresso machine ruined? As a parting gesture, my weeklong houseguest washed the dishes and immersed the "do not immerse in water" bottom part of my coffee maker. Now it won't work when I set it on the little button on it's stand. will it dry out and work again or is it trash? Best answer for Is my "do not immerse in water" espresso machine ruined?:

Answer by stretch
It should work again once it's dry. Turn the machine upside down and allow to dry.. Don't plug in and turn on until dry Good luck

Answer by bonnie m
you can wait to see if it will dry, but i highly doubt it. just throw it out, maybe you can order that part of the machine, so you don't have to buy a new one. but check the price, because maybe in the long run the new one might cost less. and before your house guest washes anything else, tell her to read .

Unless it's got integrated circuit type chips, LQ display, digital stuff.....it should be ok once it's completely dry. Try using a hair dryer on it.
